Do you have a catalog?
Because our designs are custom and constantly changing we cannot keep a print catalog
current. However, you can request samples of our designs.

How do I place my order?
You can place your order through the website -You can input your wording information
directly into the wording section or email it to info@goldenbydesign.com

How long will the invitations take?
Production time is approximately 4 weeks from a final signed off proof. We suggest getting
started about 2 months before you’d like to mail your invitations. Earlier is generally better.

When should I mail my invitations?
You typically want to mail your invitations 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. If you’re
having a destination wedding we recommend mailing them 10-12 weeks before your
wedding date.

Can I change the font on the invitation?
Of course! We can change the font, the color, the ribbon, the paper, the size, the shape.
Almost anything can be customized to create your perfect invitation.  

Do you offer samples?
Yes, you can request samples through the website or call us directly. We offer 2 samples
for $20($4.05 s&h), this will be deducted from your order price.

Can I order more than 2 samples?
Because we are a custom design studio our samples are limited. If you are having trouble
narrowing your choices, feel free to call or email us for more information or guidance on
which design might best suit your wedding. All of our designs can be custom-tailored, the
possibilities are endless.

How long does it take to get my samples?
Your samples are mailed in a small box via Priority Mail, they should arrive to you within 5-
7 business days.

Can you create custom samples?
Yes, if you would like to discuss customizing a design or have a completely new design
you would like us to create we can create a custom mock-up for you. Please call for more
information.

Is your website secure?
Yes, all of the information you submit will be encrypted during transit. You can see the
small lock at the bottom of your web browser.

What kind of printing do you offer?
We use lithography, letterpress and engraving.

Do you offer addressing/calligraphy?
Yes, we offer printed addressing and calligraphy.

Do you offer programs, menus and placecards to coordinate with my invitations?
Yes, we can design any piece you might need for your wedding.

How do I submit photos for invitations, thank you cards or birth announcements?
You can email your digital photos to info@goldenbydesign.com or mail them to Golden By
Design, P.O. Box 2167, Coppell, TX 75019. If you are mailing your photographs please be
sure to include heavy cardboard in the envelopes to prevent them from bending.

If I am submitting digital photos, what dpi do they need to be?
Your photographs should be at least 300dpi at the size we’ll be using them. If you’re using
a digital camera just be sure it’s set to the highest quality the camera will allow and we’ll
do the rest.

Can I see your designs in a stationery store?
Because of the custom nature of our invitations we prefer dealing directly with you, our
client and to help guide you through the entire process.

When will I receive my order?/How much is shipping?
We provide shipping via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated by UPS and are based on
weight of order and location, you will be able to view options and prices before submitting
order. Custom printed invitations are shipped approximately two weeks after receipt of
signed approval of artwork. Delivery times for blank invitations supplies are as follows:

Ground: Orders will normally be delivered 2-4 business days for the midwest, 4-5
business days for the east coast and 6-7 business days for the west coast. Delivery times
are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2-Day Air: Orders received before 10:00am cst will arrive in two business days.

Next Day Air Saver: Orders received before 10:00am cst will arrive the next business
day.

Worldwide Express: Orders received before 10:00am cst will arrive the next business
day in Canada and two business days to major business centers in more than 1,000 cities
across Europe.

Worldwide Expedited: Orders received before 10:00am cst will arrive two business days
in Canada and Mexico and most shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are
delivered within four business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.


Custom Verse - You can modify one of our verses or write your own.

Return Policy - Your order is guaranteed to be free from defect in workmanship.  We
promptly replace orders at no charge if it is determined that we caused an error or for
poor quality in workmanship. We ask that you proof your order carefully.  Your order will
be printed exactly as you enter it.  We cannot accept returns for items that are printed as
you ordered them.
